It includes power walking, or jogging, and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. This class is suitable for everyone! Whether you are new to exercise, or a seasoned athlete, you will get a great workout! Bring your jogging stroller, water, mat or towel and of course..your child(ren)!
